Creating an auto-responder e-mail will take you only a couple of mouse clicks if you work with a shared web hosting plan from our company. You can do this via the Emails part of our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel where one can see your mailboxes available in alphabetical order. You can either select an e-mail and click the auto-responder button or just right-click and pick the option in the context menu which will appear. All you have to do will be to type in the text you want to be sent as an automated reply and save the modifications. You can enter any text you would like and editing or disabling the auto-responder function can be just as effortless. In the very same section of the Control Panel you can keep track of which e-mail accounts have the feature active and which do not.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you use a semi-dedicated server package to host your domains with our company, you'll be able to easily activate the auto-responder option for the e-mail addresses you make with the account. You can do this through the Emails part of our user-friendly Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you can view a list of your mailboxes. A little icon will show you which has an enabled auto-responder and which one does not. To add, edit or remove a message, click the matching icon for the specific e-mail address, type in the content that you would like to use, save the changes and you'll be all set. In case you choose several e-mails, you can enable or disable the option for them in bulk, with just as little efforts.
